Art has its reasons that the criminal code doesn’t know! Toulouse artist “Chat Maigre” has enjoyed during the Christmas night to cover with LEGO® a speed radar in Toulouse. Visually, the effect is quite successful. But legally, this work of art does not laugh authorities who have already fixed a poster on the radar.
